this will be a multi-part series of EPs where i cover the undertale soundtrack. i'm not doing every single track and i'm combining some of them into medleys of sorts, but i'm gonna be doing all the important ones. you'll get the gist of the game and the soundtrack from this project.

these covers won't be straight up re-recordings of the original arrangements with "real instruments" or whatever. so far some of them are fairly close to the originals but my goal is to reimagine the soundtrack and reproduce it based on what i hear from each song. like how a lot of fanart adds personal touches and flourishes instead of simply recreating the source material 100% accurately, this project will be my interpretations of the material based on what i hear in my head whenever i listen to it. based on the feelings i get from it. the places it takes me. the memories it brings up.

the project will be divided into six stages, one for each area of the game (ruins, snowdin, waterfall, hotland, new home, and the true lab/true pacifist ending). some will be longer than others. some will be shorter than others. some are based on more material and some on less. all will be released as i work on them.

as is typical with my covers, this project will be released for free. you're welcome to pay if you'd like as a donation but i'm not charging for it because i don't want to potentially get in trouble with toby or fangamer especially since this is ultimately a love letter to a game and a soundtrack that means a hell of a lot to me.
